I'm Theresa Reese, a REALTOR® with 10 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Hampton Roads real estate market. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of helping more than 100 families buy, sell, relocate, and start their next chapters.

As a longtime Coast Guard spouse and mom of four, I know a thing or two about juggling schedules, handling the unexpected, and making a house feel like home. Military relocations? Been there. Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, around horses, or enjoying the outdoors. As an equestrian and lifelong animal lover, I have a special appreciation for properties with acreage, horse-friendly features, and a little room to roam.
