Jeremy Ruff was born in Bamberg, Germany, into a proud and close-knit military family - a foundation that instilled in him the values of discipline, service and resilience. Surrounded by the strength of his military spouse, friends, and entire family, Jeremy developed a passion for teamwork and leadership early on, which he carried into athletics, excelling in football and wrestling throughout his school years. Jeremy pursued higher education at ATI, earning a degree in Business Management, which paved the way for an impressive career in the automotive service industry.

Over the span of 25+ years, he climbed the ranks from technician to team leader and ultimately to a district manager overseeing more than 17 stores. His leadership style, grounded in integrity and results, earned him numerous accolades for top performance in sales, customer service, and charitable initiatives - including successful donation drives supporting military families.

Never one to sit still, Jeremy simultaneously worked in construction with a friend's business, learning the ins and outs of building homes - from electrical and HVAC to plumbing and remodeling. This hands-on knowledge later fueled his real estate career and personal ventures, including buying, selling, and remodeling four of his own homes and managing multiple investment properties. Driven by a deep desire to give back, Jeremy actively volunteers in his community and hosts several charitable events each year. As the captain of the VFW pool team, he combines camaraderie and competition. Deeply connected to the military community, Jeremy has carved out a unique niche in real estate by serving those who have served. With a deep understanding of military life and transitions, he is passionate about helping military families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence and care.

Now based in Virginia Beach, where he relocated with his son and dog, Jeremy is a licensed real estate professional who approaches every client interaction with heart and hustle. His greatest joy? Seeing the smile on the clients' faces as they receive the keys to their new home.
