Dan Cavallaro was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, MA. Shortly after completing his MBA work at Babson College and marrying his wife Dana, they settled in Virginia. As a long-time resident of the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area, Dan and his wife have come to call Hampton Roads home, where they raised 2 sons and are now deeply involved in the lives of 2 grandsons who also live close it the area.

Dan enjoyed a long career as a marketing/sales executive with several technology organizations. During that time, he was also a property renter, owner, investor, and landlord who has experienced real estate from all perspectives.
