I am a highly detail-oriented 3rd-generation Realtor helping others buy and sell homes primarily, as well as land & commercial real estate in Central & Eastern VA. After beginning in marketing full-time at my firm in May 2014, then shifting to full-time sales in February 2015, my sales volume peaked in 2020. However, when doing that high of volume (29 sales w/ over $8 million in volume that year) as an admitted perfectionist, I was unsatisfied with:

  1. the service level that I was providing to my clients

  2. the amount of time per client I had available

  3. the amount of time I had available for producing resources to satisfy immediate desires of my clients that could be used in future years as well.


Since then, I've gradually (& drastically by 2025) reduced my sales volume to have the time to produce resources and media superior to much of that which is available from other agents, brokers, and teams in Central & Eastern Virginia for buyers and sellers, with most items listed below unavailable in 2020.
