When she was in a bad automobile accident she had an agent call us and while she was at home healing from severe injuries kept in touch with us. Melissa went far above beyond to sell our house. From the moment she listed it we had personal crises that necessitated far more than average help. My husband was ill (and ended up hospitalized for almost a month) throughout the process. I was starting my new job 3 hours away and we had 3 dogs at the property. Melissa coordinated repairs and met contractors. She even took my dogs out to be sure they were ok. She crawled under the house to clean lint from the crawl space. She was amazing. Listed quickly and had offers within a week- handled ALL repairs and closing for the sellers.
