During his 20-year career with the United States Navy, Lynn Wayman lived all over the country. In 2007 he landed in Hampton, Virginia, and immediately felt at home. After retiring he could have moved back to Florida or brought his wife back to her family in Connecticut, but he chose to stay in Hampton Roads, attending Thomas Nelson Community College, working at Sandy Bottom Nature Park, and volunteering with the Buckroe Improvement League.
“When you spend so much time deployed, there is nothing more important than that feeling of being home.” This is that place for Lynn.
A love for nature and people drove Lynn to work for the City of Hampton in the Parks and Recreation Department, and a love for writing later dropped him into a marketing and advertising job. All these skills have become a perfect storm for him, as being a Realtor® requires dedication, ethics, listening, time management, and communication.
He is happiest when he helps people succeed, and what says success more than homeownership!
